Sit back, relax, and let us handle the magic! We provide delivery, setup, and styling for your sleepover package, luxe picnic, or balloon décor (styling not included with DIY packages). Sleepover packages include next-day pickup, and luxe picnics come with a 2-hour rental window. Some balloon setups may require next-day removal. Setup typically takes 1–2 hours, with pickup completed in about an hour or less. We also take care of all laundry and bedding for sleepovers and picnic pillows, using natural, allergen-free products to ensure everything stays fresh, clean, and cozy
We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date to secure your preferred theme and time—especially for sleepovers, which should be reserved at least three weeks in advance. While we always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, early reservations ensure the best availability. A $50 security deposit is required at the time of booking for all services, including sleepovers, luxe picnics, and balloon styling. For sleepovers and luxe picnics, the deposit is fully refundable within 24–48 hours after pickup, provided all items are returned in great condition. For balloon styling, the deposit will be applied toward your final balance, which is due 48 hours before your event. Need to cancel? No problem—cancel up to 7 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We’re here to make your event planning smooth, stylish, and stress-free!

Once you make the $50 security deposit, your date is officially locked in! We’re so excited to bring your vision to life and create a magical experience that’ll be remembered for years to come.
To make your sleepover dreams come true, you’ll need some cozy space to work with! Each tent setup (with an air mattress and all the cute decor) needs around 4 feet wide by 8 feet long. Not sure if your space is up to the task? No worries—just send us a message, and we’ll help you figure out the best spot for your epic sleepover party!
When it comes to setup and breakdown, we’ve got everything handled so you can focus on the fun! We’ll coordinate setup and pickup times with you in advance to keep things smooth and stress-free. Our Pink Hippo Parties team takes care of the full setup and styling for sleepovers, luxe picnics, and balloon décor. Sleepovers and balloon styling typically take 1–2 hours to set up, with breakdown taking about an hour or less. Luxe picnics include a 2-hour rental window, and everything will be beautifully set up and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive.
We kindly ask that your setup area is clean and free of furniture or large items—we won’t be able to move things like couches or trampolines. While we take care of all rentals, props, and décor during breakdown, we do not remove party trash, so please tidy up before we return. For sleepovers, guests may keep their sleep masks (included in the Pink Luxury Package), and any latex balloons used in your décor are yours to keep. We also handle all bedding and picnic pillow laundry using natural, allergen-free products—always included, never extra.

If a Pink Hippo sleepover is what’s in store for your guests, then all they’ll need is their favorite pillow and the comfiest PJs! We’ll handle everything else to create the perfect experience. For luxe picnics and tablescaping (including dinner parties), we provide all the shatterproof drink ware and disposable dining ware, so you can skip the stress of breakage and cleanup—everything’s as easy as pie! Whether you’re picking up your favorite carryout or cooking up something delicious, we’ve got the styling and essentials covered—just bring the food, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Absolutely! We love getting creative and would be thrilled to help you design a custom theme for your party! Just be sure to reach out to us at least 3 weeks in advance so we have plenty of time to gather all the perfect pieces to bring your vision to life! Let’s make your theme dreams come true! Additional fee for custom theme creation may apply depending on complexity of the theme.
